“Bringing Art to Life in the Metaverse.”
A brief introduction to the Alpha Ankh creation project, it’s members and founder:
Core Members:
Louis Kwame Boston ( founder, creative artist and graphic designer )
Taichi Nishikawa ( Marketing in Japan )
Musa Sesay ( Marketing – international )
Plus 8 volunteers.
The Alpha Ankh project was formed in January 2022 by artist and graphic designer Louis Kwame Boston living in Osaka, Japan. It consists of a team of 4 core members and several volunteers of mostly Japanese. The project itself is listed as a branch management under the company KCC International Ltd. KCC International Ltd is an IT and export company established in 2004 and is located in Osaka Japan. It is also the parent company of two internet TV/Radio streaming services in Japan – BKTV Live & BlackanTV Japan.
For many years, Louis Boston has been producing artworks in oil, acrylic, air brush, water color and graphic designs expressing the ankh ( life ), and Afro-centric designs in his artworks. On many of his art exhibitions around Japan, the ankh has been a centerpiece of Louis’s art creations. Every living thing has the Ankh ( Life) within themselves and we are entitled to use that creative life-force in any expressive art form we chose, be it through art, music, fashion , dance etc. Louis chose to express the Alpha and Omega of the Ankh through his art and that art form has its roots in mankind’s original motherland – Africa.
With the advent of digital art’s new NFT platform for creators to express their media creations, Louis has decided to extend his art into the crypto world – NFT. He is now releasing physical art works that he displayed in past Contemporary African Art exhibitions in Japan from 1999 ( Oil & Acrylic painting, water-color, ink, air-brush, graphic designs etc) . These art creations will be revived with a new life through NFT. This is also one of the reason Louis called this project “Alpha” (meaning the start or beginning), and “Ankh” ( meaning reviving and bringing life back to his art creations ). This is true not only for Louis Kwame Boston’s art works but also for art and designs of other creators’ collaboration with Alpha Ankh project.
The Alpha Ankh Project will start out by releasing several NFTs of Louis’s art collection done throughout the years, converted into NFT digital graphic designs.
The vision behind Alpha Ankh Project is to be able to expand many of Louis’s art creation into other areas like Fashion designs and Music in the Metaverse. That means, Alpha Ankh will grow into a brand name for art, graphic design, fashion, books and music NFTs in the Metaverse. The next stage – Fashion design – will include unique and colorful clothing designs by Louis Kwame Boston and other Japanese partners to bring about a fashion trend that is unique, different, and carry an Afro-Japanese atmosphere with vibrant colors.
We have a new Twitter account to reach out to our supporters, fans and anyone who would like to invest or partner with us in the future on art and fashion designs for Metaverse avatars and VR characters. Whether Afro-centric or not, we will be happy to work with other creators, promoters or anyone in the NFT community ready to build up our brands mutually in Japan and around the globe.
The 5 aims and road map for the Alpha Ankh Creation Project:
- To bridge the gap between artists living in Japan (including Louis Kwame Boston) and artists living all around the globe by collaborating with different creators with unique styles.
Roadmap: Our team will be reaching out and contacting creators, promoters and those interested in collaborations around the globe. We are available everyday by email, contact form on the website, or through any of our SNS platforms.
- To bring international exposure to the creations of Japanese artists and other foreign artists living in Japan (This includes the artworks, graphic/digital designs and books of Louis Kwame Boston ) .
Roadmap: Through our SNS platforms, we will collaborate with artists living in Japan and feature their works on our website and SNS postings. This will create a platform to bring more exposure to the many talented artists, designers and creators living in Japan and anyone overseas who wants to work with them are free to contact them, and we can help bridging the gap and making these connections possible.
- To bring awareness to the Ankh. ( The ankh is an ancient Egyptian symbol or hieroglyphs found in Khemet that symbolizes Life and associated with things with new beginnings. ) The Alpha Ankh project aims to use the Ankh symbol as part of our logo and to blend the Ankh symbol into some of the NFT designs we create.
Roadmap: The Ankh represents LIFE. It was a respected symbol everywhere in ancient Egypt common among the Pharaohs and local Egyptians and it reminded them of the importance of Life and it brought Hope to new endeavors. This symbol is found in most of Louis Boston’s artwork and with the advent of NFT, a new “Life” is been injected into the creation of artworks in general. The Alpha Ankh logo portrays the Ankh symbol as the beginning of a new ear for artists and Louis Boston will include it in some of his future NFT designs.
- To establish a central office and several art galleries in the Metaverse where artists from all over the world can display their NFT creations for everyone in the Metaverse to see.
Roadmap: After the sales of 60% of our NFT collection, the Alpha Ankh team will be purchasing virtual land or real-estate in the Metaverse (in Sandbox or Decentraland ) where we plan to build or open of a massive gallery to display NFT artworks of Louis Kwame Boston together with many collaborators and artists around the globe. The review and reaction of visiting avatars during these exhibitions towards a particular NFT artwork(s) on display will determine the NFT value when some of these NFTs will be minted in NFT market places for buyers and bidders.
- To create a Brand called “Alpha-Ankh” in the real world and in the virtual world that reflects Art, Fashion and Music.
Roadmap: Alpha Ankh Creations also plan to start a Fashion line in the Metaverse.. We will not only be working with Artists and graphic designers, but also fashion designers in Japan and around the globe. We plan to design a clothing line for both male and female avatars and VR characters, and these creations will be sold in the MV as well and in real world as ” Alpha Ankh Fashion designs”.
On a similar level we plan of organizing music events in the MV where DJs and singers will stream music in DJ Live events into the MV and avatars from around the globe will be able to attend and enjoy live music. This will also enable us to include minting artist’s samples or audio creations as NFT under the Alpha Ankh label project in the future. By organizing these DJ live streaming events with avatars/VR characters of thousands of people around the globe, we can be able to build and expand our community and promote our NFT collections at the same time.
As you can see these are our 5 vision and roadmaps for the Alpha Ankh Creation project. Some of them are huge tasks that require detail planning, hard work and patience, but we are ready to take the task at hand and start now modestly and build our brand with your support and energy as one Alpha Ankh Community. Our plan to bring BIG dreams to Life in the NFT crypto world and with your help in buying and investing in our collection, we can surly reach our goals and aspirations. Thank you for your support and look forward to you joining our community, investing in our NFTs and becoming part of the Alpha Ankh project and brand.
